We paid for 3 nights but left early.

Location was good. Price was good. Rooms were big.

Rooms need a lot of maintenance. People smoking in the common areas and restaurant. Could be cleaner. Pool was dirty. The carpark backed onto the restaurant.

Wonderful

A lovely hotel and very friendly helpful staff especially Chitra who was exceptional in sorting our room. And always remembered our names!

The sunbeds were a bit cramped but that was due to maximising space. Smoking was an issue in the dining room. It should be a none smoking area.

Great value short stay option

Excellent location, with loads of cafes and restaurant options nearby and only a short walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and very spacious (we stayed in the family room with one large double bed and two singles). Really appreciated the friendly smiles and helpful staff.

As others have mentioned, the rooms and hotel generally was a bit tired and in need of renovation. There was indeed a funky smell coming from the toilet in the room, but all in all very bearable. Definitely not a bad option for a short couple nights stay right in the heart of Sanur.

Very good hotel for family guest, but bit of old

Staff was very helpful and friendly and kind. Great location because it's really close with sanur beach. Also you can walk around the Jalan Danau Tamblingan which is main road in Sanur. Many restaurant and convenience store near by. I booked family room and it was good for family of 4 person. Room was big and bed was also big. Room was tidy and clean. Breakfast was good, they have menu so ask them for breakfast menu.

In breakfast time, we didn't get any information so we had to eat small buffet style breakfast. But at some point staff was asked if we did order breakfast, so we said NO. And she gave us breakfast menu and finally we get proper breakfast. I understand it was busy time but hopefully they can manage during breakfast time.

Lovely staff and good value for money

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Anything I needed help with, they would go out of their way to accommodate my requests or resolve the issue. The food and the spa were great value for money, and so were the private tours that they offered! Overall great vibe in this hotel.

The towels and bed linen had stains on. This didn't bother me too much though. The bathroom also smelt like drains but I know this probably isn't an issue that can be sorted out by the hotel.

Good location, near beach, near restaurants around, near activities. Awesome friendly staff at reception. Erwina, Ari and team are totally friendly, helpful and professional.. Rooms are clean and very big. You can reach everything by walking. Pool is also small but nice. You can get your drink at pool bar. payment on room number is no problem. Everything was fine. Umbrellas for free at reception in case of rain. Good service.!

Sometimes taxi drivers couldn't find the hotel, Maybe there is a option for a better, new designed sign/symbol at the main street for better orientation.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants, cafes and in the main road. They provide free bike for booking.com reservation (subject to availability)

We stayed at room no. 308, and the door is broken, actually the card lock system is not functioning and it was replaced by manual handle and it was stuck every time we close and open the door. The roof was leaking and it was on top of the bed. The smell of the bathroom is bad, not really comfortable. The room configuration was so weird as we came across to find that there're two single bed and one double bed, meanwhile there're only the two of us.

Friendly staff Large room Air conditioner outlet on my balcony meant hand washed clothes dried quickly in th extra heat! Great pool!

The staff were absolutely amazing. Rooms were clean and spacious

I hated being on the 3rd floor. Had to walk through the main lobby to the pool. The balcony was like a cage. The sun was only on the pool area for a short time due to the architecture of the buildings. For a huge hotel....it only had about 8 sun lounges... so it was never comfortable....people would hog\ leave stuff on them .....so in 3 weeks I only ever got a sun lounge once!!!! There are better places to stay in Sanur.

What was the highlight of Abian Harmony Hotel

Great location. Five minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants. La Playa Cafe became our canteen. Great swimming pool. Big enough for an adult to swim. Children shallow area. Great place where to spend the afternoon. Good breakfast. The staff was very friendly, smiling and polite.

When we arrived in our room, there was a stench coming from the bathroom. I brought it up with the staff. The foul smell was clearly coming up through the greywater draining pipes. I was told by the staff that the ventilation was working properly and that everything was fine. The second day, I brought up the issue again so they mopped the floor and put a bag of strawberry smelling chemicals behind the toilet bowl. The nasty smell turned into a strawberry smelling stench and didn't improve the situation. I brought it up again the third day, but there was nothing they could do. The restrooms on the ground level next to the kitchen had the same problem, it reeked of sewage. The whole East building, where we stayed, suffered from the stench, which is probably why they were vaporizing deodorant in the corridors. The workaround was to keep the ventilation on day and night. But going to the bathroom was always a painful experience. The room wasn't very clean (dust, old crackers, papers under the beds).

Huge rooms with great AC and 2 double super comfort beds. Bathroom modern and strong shower. Easy 10-15 min walk to the beach and nice nearby restaurants close by. The pool was great!

Didn't like the music at breakfast.. didn't really like breakfast. Not enough sun loungers so have to get there too early.

Large room with comfy bed, kept very clean every day.Every single staff was so nice and helpful!! The pool was great ! The included breakfast was awesome with lots of tasty choices to choose from. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with lots of shops and many restaurants options around. We loved it! Strongly recommend.

Smelly lift,tap falling off in bathroom, towels should be updated, orange juice like cordial,same watermelon and cantaloupe every day. Whole dining area needs updating and coat of paint.
