Convnient to get to harbour, in city center, with cute rooms and pool. Perfect for first night after arriving on bali

Great value short stay option

Excellent location, with loads of cafes and restaurant options nearby and only a short walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and very spacious (we stayed in the family room with one large double bed and two singles). Really appreciated the friendly smiles and helpful staff.

As others have mentioned, the rooms and hotel generally was a bit tired and in need of renovation. There was indeed a funky smell coming from the toilet in the room, but all in all very bearable. Definitely not a bad option for a short couple nights stay right in the heart of Sanur.

Was good value for money with deal from booking.com but I’d be not happy if I’d paid full price

Location was great and staff great

It’s a bit tired and cramped downstairs, pool area needs work chairs broken and barely enough room for the amount of guests

The only reason this hotel isn't expensive is that it is a little old.

We paid for 3 nights but left early.

Location was good. Price was good. Rooms were big.

Rooms need a lot of maintenance. People smoking in the common areas and restaurant. Could be cleaner. Pool was dirty. The carpark backed onto the restaurant.

The location is good. it's near Massimo and Sanur beachfront

There's no elevator to the last floor. No illumination on the pool. Poor maintenance. Salty water from the shower.

Convenient location and very friendly helpful staff

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Great breakfast and convenient location to walk to beach and cafes. Drinking water available for free throughout hotel

Rooms seem to vary with some maintenance issues but our room was adequate for us. Pool bar only opened the day before we left! There was no extra bed available when we arrived even though this was requested. Seems to be subject to availability on arrival. We were given one the next day!

Very good hotel for family guest, but bit of old

Staff was very helpful and friendly and kind. Great location because it's really close with sanur beach. Also you can walk around the Jalan Danau Tamblingan which is main road in Sanur. Many restaurant and convenience store near by. I booked family room and it was good for family of 4 person. Room was big and bed was also big. Room was tidy and clean. Breakfast was good, they have menu so ask them for breakfast menu.

In breakfast time, we didn't get any information so we had to eat small buffet style breakfast. But at some point staff was asked if we did order breakfast, so we said NO. And she gave us breakfast menu and finally we get proper breakfast. I understand it was busy time but hopefully they can manage during breakfast time.

Lovely staff and good value for money

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Anything I needed help with, they would go out of their way to accommodate my requests or resolve the issue. The food and the spa were great value for money, and so were the private tours that they offered! Overall great vibe in this hotel.

The towels and bed linen had stains on. This didn't bother me too much though. The bathroom also smelt like drains but I know this probably isn't an issue that can be sorted out by the hotel.

Wonderful

A lovely hotel and very friendly helpful staff especially Chitra who was exceptional in sorting our room. And always remembered our names!

The sunbeds were a bit cramped but that was due to maximising space. Smoking was an issue in the dining room. It should be a none smoking area.

It was reasonable & we could overlook most issues. If you can, it’s an ok stay.

Good location & staff were fantastic. Spa facilities also great.

Very old /outdated & lots of repairs needed. Beds were squeaky, toilet seat peeling, shower pressure not great & couldn’t get consistent temperature. Drains were occasionally smelly. Pool bar was under repair. Very noisy in the rooms too from other guests, though staff were very responsive to investigating excessive noise.

I loved the location the staff were friendly and helpful but work is needed on this place.

The staff were great very helpful and friendly. The location was great quiet being off any main roads.

I stayed in December 2024 and then January 2025 and was in 2 different rooms on opposite sides of the hotel, both rooms had the same issues apart from the fridge. The internet was not good in both of the rooms I stayed. I needed to rely on the data on a local SIM card I bought. The fridge had been placed outside on the balcony therefore was not even cold inside the fridge and could not be used. The water pressure often in the shower meant it was just a dribble of water coming out meaning it was almost impossible to wash hair.
